Sales Tips from years of being in the customer service business. (Think of a more creative title)

Sales and customer service, while not the same function, will forever be linked together. It is so much easier to sell somebody a second job/product when the first one went so amazing well – FOR THE CUSTOMER

Every day, answer these two questions:
Who is my biggest prospect for business? Answer, then do something to move that first sale a little closer.
Large account or small, new customer or existing customer, “who is my best chance of making a sale TODAY?”
