Consumer Curmudgeon
“Get off my lawn!” Is the frequently used term that describes a curmudgeon feeling like he is being violated by someone who has little care and concern from anybody else but themselves. I am constantly yelling at my computer screen when I see such outrageous and condescending policies, copy writing, and communications from businesses and organizations that demand an imbalance of power in the sales and marketing process.
